He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Bugema University and is currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology at Starford International University.
Ater has a proven track record of providing IT support, developing course curricula, and delivering essential IT training to students and staff in academic institutions. His expertise includes computer repair, maintenance, software installation, and the implementation of security surveillance systems.
Fluent in English, Dinka, Kiswahili, and Arabic, Ater is committed to advancing his career in IT, with a particular interest in becoming a specialist in computer networking and a consultant in electronics communication systems. His dedication to professional development and his ability to work effectively in multicultural environments make him a valuable asset in any organization.
Joseph Bol Ayuel
Health Aid director
Joseph is a highly skilled individual with extensive knowledge of health care services as a Registered Nurse (RN) with over two years of experience working as a nurse practitioner and RN in a variety of medical settings, including private family practices, ER units, ICU and operation room and rehabilitation centres in the healthcare at Kasr AL Ainy Hospital, Cairo University, Tonj Civil Hospital, Caddell Clinic at America Embassy and Promise Hospital in Juba.
Respect for conducting thorough physical examinations accurately assessing patients' health and prescribing the proper treatment program for optimal health moving forward. Adept in working as a collaborative team member to ensure that patient health moves to the highest level of care possible and being a passionate high school teacher for many years.


John Tir
Executive Project officer
John Tiir Tong: Executive Project Officer: Kowanj Africa-South Sudan branch Mr. Tiir, holds Master of Education in Emergencies and Bachelor of Education(arts), measuring in English language and literature from university of Juba. He served a consultant to international schools and NGOs offering educational services in South Sudan. In addition, Tiir has been a leading light tutoring at public and private educational sectors, for example, Rambur Teachers Training College, Wisdom-Star International learning Institute, Oxfam, to mention but a few.
With love in implementing philosophies of workability, practicality andtransformation of lives of victims war and natural disasters, Mr. Tong has beenoffering a helping hand distributing food items and medical assortments toInternally displaced Persons (IDPs) and refugees across East Africa. Being the salt of every intellectual dish, he advocates for women’ rights andyoung girls education, writing opinion articles on the local newspapers andinternational magazines, to be summed up with his exceptional experiences andskills in management, administration, organization and planning among others.
Lately, Tiir has started with zeal and vigor the work with Kowanj Africa- South Sudan branch as Executive project officer with the aim of achieving the vision andmission of the Organization.
